This Policy applies specifically to SIMB’s data practices. Your use of monday.com is separately governed by monday.com’s Privacy Policy.
Data Collected During App Use
To enable sync functionality, SIMB accesses the following information from your monday.com account: Structural / mapping data (always accessed):
Data accessed when you use sync features:
- The duplicated item’s data and the name of the boards on which items are duplicated
- Column names (but not column values — see below)
- Updates and replies visible to you
- Profile information of account users
- Account tags and general account information
What SIMB Never Stores
Specifically, SIMB never stores:- Column values of any type
- Sensitive personal data (health information, financial data, ethnicity, political opinions, etc.)
- User-generated board content beyond what is transiently processed for a sync operation
How We Use Your Data
We collect and process your data for the following purposes:- To operate, provide, and improve the SIMB application and its sync services
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the services
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security vulnerabilities
- To comply with legal obligations
- To generate aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
- To send you relevant service notifications (you may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting support@pioneera.io)
Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases:- Consent — by installing and using the application, you consent to data processing as described in this Policy
- Legitimate interest — managing our business operations and defending against legal claims
- Legal obligation — where required by applicable law
Data Sharing and Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:- Third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support tools) who are contractually bound to use data only as instructed
- Law enforcement or courts when required by applicable law or a lawful legal request
- Affiliated companies, subject to the same restrictions in this Policy

Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Specifically: 30-day data purge policy: Upon expiration or cancellation of your SIMB subscription, app-mapping configurations are preserved for a 30-day grace period to allow for service restoration if you renew. After 30 days, all associated metadata is permanently and securely deleted from our servers. This applies only to SIMB’s mapping configurations — your monday.com board content is unaffected, as it was never stored by SIMB.International Data Transfers
We may store and process data in various locations globally, including via cloud services. When transferring personal data internationally, we take appropriate steps to ensure protection consistent with applicable privacy law.Cache
The application uses browser-level cache to enhance performance and load speed. Cache is stored on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings. Clearing cache may affect application performance temporarily.Information Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no system provides absolute security. We cannot guarantee immunity from all information security risks.Your Privacy Rights
