Frequently Asked Questions

What counts toward my plan limits? Both dimensions of your usage count independently: each unique shared item counts toward your item limit, and each connected board counts toward your board limit. You can hit either limit independently, so it’s worth keeping an eye on both numbers. See View and Manage Your Usage Limits for instructions on checking your current usage. Why does it say I’m over my limit when I haven’t used that many items? There are two separate reasons the over-limit alert can appear:
  1. You’ve reached the maximum number of unique boards allowed on your plan.
  2. You’ve reached the maximum number of unique items allowed on your plan.
Check the Usage tab in the app settings to see which limit you’ve hit, then either remove unused shared items or boards, or upgrade your plan for more capacity. Are there any per-seat charges? No. All SIMB plans are priced per organization. Every user in your monday.com workspace can use the app at no additional cost.
All plans include unlimited automations and integrations, unlimited shared subitems, unlimited users, and technical support. The only limits that differ between plans are the number of shared items and shared boards.
