These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Same Item Multiple Boards (SIMB), a monday.com Marketplace application that lets you duplicate and synchronize items across multiple boards — including posting updates, sharing selected columns, and enabling client-facing or cross-team workflows. The application and its services are operated under the brand Pioneera.io, owned and operated by Alayof Digital Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You may not use the application if you do not agree.
Your use of SIMB is also subject to the monday.com Marketplace Terms of Service and the monday.com Terms of Service. Review both before installing the application.

Who May Use the Services

You may install and use SIMB if you are:
  • A legal corporation, or an individual aged 18 or older with full legal capacity
  • The holder of an active monday.com account
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an employer or other legal entity, you represent that you are duly authorized to bind that entity, and these Terms shall apply to that entity.

Account Use and Responsibilities

You may access and use SIMB exclusively for your reasonable business needs. You are solely responsible for all activity performed through your account, for maintaining its security, and for the accuracy of any registration information provided. Notify us immediately at support@pioneera.io if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Fees, Plans, and Billing

SIMB is offered under paid subscription plans. A free trial is available, allowing use for up to 20 items across three boards. Once that limit is reached, you will be prompted to select a paid plan to continue. SIMB is a monday.com Billed App — all fees are paid directly to monday.com and are subject to monday.com’s payment and refund terms under the Marketplace Terms of Service. Current pricing is available at the SIMB Marketplace listing. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or introduce new plans, with advance notice before changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Term, Termination, and Renewals

Termination by you: Remove the application from your account or submit a cancellation request through monday.com at any time. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled in advance.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the monday.com Marketplace Terms of Service. You may still incur charges after terminating, as outlined in those terms.
Termination by us: We reserve the right to limit or block access if we determine you have breached these Terms. We may also suspend or discontinue the service at any time without liability. Effect of termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the application. Following SIMB’s 30-day data grace period, all app-mapping configurations are permanently purged from our servers. Your monday.com board content is unaffected because it was never stored by SIMB.

Acceptable Use

While using the application, you agree not to:
  • Breach these Terms, the monday.com Terms, or any other applicable rules
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the application or services
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access undocumented features
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the application
  • Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to scrape or compile content
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or make false statements about your identity
  • Use the application to develop a competing or substantially similar product
  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, or harmful activities

User Content

The application integrates with your monday.com account, and your board content is accessible through it for the purpose of syncing. You are solely responsible for all user content in your account. SIMB does not provide backup services — maintain your own backups of board data.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference, describes how the application handles data. SIMB accesses only structural metadata (Board IDs, User IDs, Board Names, Group Names, and Item Names) and never stores column values or personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the application and services — including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets — are the exclusive property of Alayof Digital Ltd. and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the application’s intellectual property. Rights and interests associated with monday.com are the exclusive property of monday.com.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APPLICATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alayof Digital Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the application, your account, your user content, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel-Aviv-Jaffa district. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Israel.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the application after the amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
